Agricultural Technology has been on the rise for quite some time now; we wanted to expose you to the interesting world of Ag Tech in Fayette County! We start with Red Leaf Biologic, a company that started at the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture and has since grown from there. Explore how these scientists are using sorghum to produce and replace the red food dye in everyday foods, medicine, and so much more!
